We offer monthly membership plans for varying services such as Combat athlete, Powerlifter, and your normal run of the mill fitness program with Southpaw Athletics touch on it! * We also we have day passes for guests * Contact us for more information on pricing and availability.

Yes, our certified trainers can provide basic nutrition advice and meal planning guidance as part of our comprehensive fitness programs. But no meal plans are included in the membership.

Yes, we have a spacious parking lot with free parking for all members and guests.

We require 30 days notice for membership cancellation. For personal training sessions, please give 24 hours notice to avoid charges.
